Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa: Niemcy, Polska, Węgry, Ukraina; Turkmenia.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Monofag na omanie wierzbolistnym — Inula salicina L. Żeruje na liściach, powodując zwijanie się blaszek liściowych.
