Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1986a:

Gatunek znany głównie z zachodniej, środkowej i południowej Europy, notowany ponadto z Kaukazu i Syrii. W Polsce wykazany dotychczas tylko z czterech krain. Postacie dojrzałe, jak i larwy żyją pod obluźnioną korą drzew liściastych, zwłaszcza dębu, notowany też spod kory sosny.
