Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1990b:
Gatunek obejmujący zasięgiem Alpy, Sudety, Karpaty i góry Półwyspu Bałkańskiego. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych stanowisk w południowej części kraju, jedynie w Bieszczadach znaleziony na wielu stanowiskach. Występuje na terenach górzystych od niższych położeń aż do regla górnego i strefy subalpejskiej. Zasiedla polany śródleśne, zarośla nad ciekami wodnymi i inne miejsca wilgotne. Poławiany od kwietnia do sierpnia, na ziemi i pod kamieniami, rzadziej na roślinach zielnych. Larwy żerują na świerząbku korzennym — Chaerophyllum aromaticum L. i świerząbku orzęsionym — Ch. hirsutum L.
