Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Szeroko rozprzestrzeniony w zachodniej części Palearktyki po Bajkał i Mongolię. Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje na młodych pędach modrzewia europejskiego — Larix decidua Mill, i modrzewia polskiego — Larix polonica Rac.
