Taxon description
Gatunek słonolubny, rozsiedlony na wybrzeżach morskich od Azji Mniejszej i Grecji aż do Francji oraz na słonawiskach śródlądowych w Europie środkowej, notowany też z wybrzeży Morza Kaspijskiego. W Polsce wykazany zaledwie z kilku stanowisk. Poławiany na powierzchni ziemi, w powierzchniowej warstwie gleby, wśród przyziemnych części roślin, zwłaszcza płożących się łodyg solirodu zielnego — Salicornia herbacea L.
