Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony w całej Europie, na zachód sięgający do Francji, a na południe do północnych części Hiszpanii, Włoch i Bałkanów. Z Polski znany głównie z południowej części kraju. Występnie na suchych miejscach w lasach, głównie iglastych, oraz na wrzosowiskach. Łowiony w ściółce, pod kamieniami, płatami mchów i zmurszałą korą.
