Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa: Anglia, Holandia, Niemcy, Polska, Czechosłowacja.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje pojedynczo na spodniej stronie liści jaworu — Acer pseucloplatanus L., najczęściej w miejscach zacienionych. W cyklu rozwojowym brak bezskrzydłych dzieworódek.
