Taxon description
W piśmiennictwie zoocecydiologicznym podawany z wielu miejscowości, dane te nie są jednak wiarygodne — patrz uwaga przy Dysaphis (Dysaphis) crataegi (Kalt.). Europa: Anglia, Holandia, Belgia, Szwecja, Niemcy, Polska, Austria, europejska część ZSRR.
Gatunek holocykliczny i różnodomny. Migruje z głogu — Crataegus oxyacantha L. i Crataegus monogyna Jacq. na dolne partie jaskra rozłogowego — Ranunculus repens L. Na głogu powoduje podobne deformacje liści jak Dysaphis (Dysaphis) crataegi (Kalt.), różniące się jedynie, choć nie zawsze, zabarwieniem.
