Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony w środkowej i północnej Europie oraz na Syberii; w Fennoskandii sięga do najdalszej północy. Zamieszkuje bardzo wilgotne, gliniaste lub muliste brzegi wód stojących lub wolno płynących, unika jałowych gleb piaszczystych, często znajdowany nad kałużami i na zabagnionych miejscach w lasach liściastych i mieszanych.
