Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1983:
Gatunek zamieszkujący Europę Środkową i otaczające ją kraje sąsiednie, wszędzie sporadycznie i rzadko spotykany. W Polsce znany z nielicznych, rozproszonych stanowisk, przy tym większość danych o rozmieszczeniu opiera się na znaleziskach sprzed około stu lat. K. Michalski (1969) podał błędnie, jakoby J. Illies (1967) wykazał go z terenów nizinnych Polski. Występuje w niższych położeniach górskich w małych potokach, na kamieniach i wśród mchów wodnych.
