Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w północnej części Europy (w Fennoskandii docierający do skrajnych prowincji północnych) oraz na górzystych obszarach RFN, NRD, Austrii, Czechosłowacji i Polski. Znany również z izolowanych stanowisk we Francji (Masyw Centralny, wschodnia część Pirenejów). Na obszarach niżowych znane są tylko stanowiska w Belgii i Holandii oraz w północno-zachodniej części Niziny Niemieckiej. W Polsce występuje na nielicznych stanowiskach głównie w południowo-zachodniej części kraju. Poławiany zwykle w miejscach zacienionych, wśród mchów nad źródłami i zimnymi potokami oraz na roślinach wystających ponad wodą. Występuje od lipca przez zimę aż do maja. W górach znajdowany głównie w lecie.
