Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony w prawie całej Europie z wyjątkiem jej skrajnych południowych i północnych części, na wschód sięgający do zachodniej i środkowej Azji. W Polsce częściej poławiany w północnej części kraju z uwagi na liczniej występujące tu naturalne środowiska dla tego gatunku. Wzmianka W. Kolbego (1918) o skreśleniu stanowiska w Legnicy na Śląsku Dolnym ze spisu opublikowanego przez J. Gerhardta (1910) nie ma istotnego znaczenia wobec znalezienia omawianego gatunku w tej miejscowości przez G. Polentza (Horion 1941).
