Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1987:
Gatunek europejski o rozerwanym zasięgu w środkowej części kontynentu; areał zachodni występowania obejmuje Francję do Pirenejów, Tyrol południowy i Piemont, natomiast wschodnia część areału obejmuje Fennoskandię i wschodnią część Europy środkowej. W Polsce spotykany dość rzadko i sporadycznie zarówno na niżu, jak i w górach. Znajdowany w zmurszałym i przegrzybiałym drewnie oraz w hubach na drzewach iglastych i liściastych.
