Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek o bardzo szerokim rozsiedleniu, występuje w prawie całej Europie prócz północnej części kontynentu, na wschód sięga po Chiny i Japonię, notowany również z północnej Afryki, Azji Mniejszej i Kaukazu. Żyje na suchych glebach piaszczystych, skąpo pokrytych roślinnością, wykazywany często z pól uprawnych.
