Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek zamieszkuje głównie środkową i północną Europę, sięgając najdalszych krańców poza kołem podbiegunowym, wykazywany również z Kaukazu i Syberii. Zasiedla niezbyt wilgotne gleby próchniczne w lasach liściastych i mieszanych, w Europie Środkowej częstszy na obszarach wyżynnych. Spotykany pod liśćmi, mchem, kamieniami i pod korą powalonych drzew.
