Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek obejmujący swym zasięgiem tereny górzyste głównie w południowej i wschodniej Europie, notowany również z nielicznych stanowisk w południowo-wschodniej części środkowej Europy. W Polsce dotychczas nie stwierdzony. Omyłkowo wykazany przez FR. Fejfera (1924) z rzeki Szum na nizinie Sandomierskiej, odnośny okaz dowodowy należy do Hydraena (Hydraena) riparia Kugel. (K. Galewski*). Podany ze Śląska przez Ganglbauera. Wiadomość tę powtarzali inni autorzy, jedynie A. Horion (1949, 1951) wątpi o występowaniu omawianego gatunku na tym obszarze.
