Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1992:
Gatunek znany głównie ze środkowej części Europy, na północ docierający do Wysp Brytyjskich i południowej Skandynawii, wykazywany ponadto z Kaukazu, Syberii, Chin i Japonii. Zakorek mały zamieszkuje całą Polskę z wyjątkiem wyższych położeń górskich. Głównym żywicielem tego komika jest sosna pospolita, znajdowano go również na sośnie czarnej. Żeruje na leżaninie i pniakach, w uprawach ogryza korę z szyi korzeniowej i strzałek. Chodnik macierzysty jednoramienny słabo odbija się w bielu.
