Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek występuje głównie w środkowej Europie oraz na nielicznych stanowiskach w południowej części północnej Europy, notowany też z Wysp Brytyjskich. O rozmieszczeniu w Polsce wiemy bardzo mało, znany u nas tylko z nizinnych terenów. Znajdowany w zarośniętych wodach, stojących, zwłaszcza w bajorkach, i kałużach, namuliskach jezior i pod napływkami.
