Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek notowany jako zawleczony z Afryki do krajów Beneluksu i Niemiec, notowany ogólnikowo z Polski. Występuje jako synantrop w magazynach, mieszkaniach i muzeach — w drewnianych opakowaniach, importowanym drewnie oraz wyrobach snycerskich. Gatunek ten nie ma szans na zaaklimatyzowanie się na otwartym terenie, może jednak zadomowić się w pomieszczeniach ogrzewanych zimą.
