Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie, zwłaszcza w jej północnej części.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na krwawniku pospolitym — Achillea millefolium L. Żeruje tuż nad ziemią na młodych pędach i ogonkach liściowych, wyjątkowo i tylko w miejscach wilgotnych na wyższych częściach łodygi.
