Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek zachodnio-palearktyczny, znany od Wysp Kanaryjskich i Azorów po Azję Środkową. Żyje w różnych biotopach, zapewniających jednak dość duże naslonecznienie. Sieć buduje wśród niskich roślin.
