Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Rzadko spotykany gatunek górski obejmujący swym zasięgiem południową część Europy Środkowej. Z Polski wykazany jedynie z trzech stanowisk i ponownie nie stwierdzony od przeszło 50 lat. Rozmieszczenie w naszym kraju wymaga dokładniejszych badań, gdyż omawiany gatunek mógł być mylony z pokrewnym Molops (Molops) piceus (Panz.). Wymagania ekologiczne nia znane.
