Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1990a:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w południowo-wschodniej części środkowej Europy i w południowo-wschodniej Europie, sięgający na wschód do Uralu Południowego i Azji Środkowej, wykazywany poza tym z Azji Mniejszej, Kaukazu, i Iranu. W środkowej Europie rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk tylko w pięciu krainach. Bionomia tego gatunku jest jeszcze mało zbadana. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano od maja do lipca na gałęziach drzew liściastych i iglastych, na stosach chrustu, na płotach ze świeżych gałęzi i prętów oraz na kwiatostanach baldaszkowatych — Umbelliferae. Rozwój larwalny odbywa się w cienkich gałęziach drzew iglastych i liściastych, podobnie jak u innych gatunków omawianego rodzaju.
