Taxon description
Gatunek rozpowszechniony prawie w całej Europie (prócz skrajnych prowincji północnych Fennoskandii) oraz Afryce Północnej, notowany poza tym z Kaukazu i Azji Mniejszej. W Polsce rzadko spotykany, znany tylko z pięciu krain. Występuje w pryzmach kompostowych i wśród rozkładających się szczątków roślinnych.
