Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa, Ameryka Północna.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje na liściach kasztana jadalnego i dębów. U nas znaleziony na dębie szypułkowym - Quercus robur L. W cyklu rozwojowym brak bezskrzydłych dzieworódek.
