Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek rozpowszechniony prawie w całej Europie z wyjątkiem jej części południowych, notowany z Syberii, w Fennoskandii sięga do skrajnej północy. W Polsce, choć rzadko notowany, dość pospolity na terenach nizinnych, w górach rzadko spotykany i lokalny. Żyje w jeziorach oraz wodach o słabym prądzie.
