Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek występujący w całej Europie, z wyjątkiem północnej części Fennoskandii wykazywany również z Kaukazu. W Polsce poławiany stosunkowo rzadko, przeważnie lokalnie, przy tym większość danych o występowaniu opiera się na znaleziskach z ubiegłego lub początku bieżącego stulecia. Występuje głównie na padlinie ssaków.
