Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Znany dotąd jedynie z Anglii, Holandii i Polski; prawdopodobnie rozmieszczony w całej Europie, lecz nie odróżniany od poprzedniego gatunku.
Prawdopodobnie holocykliczny. Żyje na korzeniach różnych roślin złożonych, między innymi na cykorii — Cichorium intybus L. Kolonie tej mszycy odwiedzane są często przez mrówki.
