Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1993:
Gatunek o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu, wykazywany z nielicznych stanowisk w Chorwacji, Bośni, Karyntii, Styrii oraz okolic Lwowa. W południowej części zasięgu występują samice i samce, w oderwanej części północnej tylko samice. W Polsce chrząszcz ten należy do rzadkości — notowano go tylko z dwu krain. Według M. Mroczkowskiego i J. Stefańskiej (1992) błędnie wykazany z okolic Sanoka (M. Nowicki 1858). Bionomia i cykl rozwojowy tego gatunku nie są znane. Postacie dojrzałe były łowione w okolicy Przemyśla na terenie pagórkowatym, od połowy maja do początku lipca, najczęściej na leszczynach, kilkuletnich dębach i młodych brzozach.
