Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Zachodnia Palearktyka, Ameryka Północna.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje na górnej stronie liści orzecha włoskiego - Juglans regia L., wzdłuż głównego nerwu. Kolonie tej mszycy odwiedzane są zwykle przez mrówki. W cyklu rozwojowym brak bezskrzydłych dzieworódek. Notowany jako szkodnik orzecha włoskiego.
