Taxon description
Gatunek mało znany, stosunkowo niedawno opisany z Niemiec, Austrii i Czech. W Polsce odkryty na jednym stanowisku na podstawie czterech okazów złowionych pod odstającą korą buka zwyczajnego — Fagus silvatica L. i dębu szypułkowego — Quercus robur L. oraz w trocinach przy podstawie ściętego, starego pnia dębu. W innych krajach znajdowany pod korą również innych drzew liściastych jak np. wiązu — Ulmus L. i gruszy — Pirus L.
