Taxon description
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony w leśnej strefie północnej części Palearktyki. Występuje prawdopodobnie w całej Polsce z wyjątkiem wysokich gór. Żyje głównie pod korą martwych, stojących lub powalonych świerków, jodeł i sosen, rzadziej spotykany pod korą dębów i buków.
