Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1993:
Gatunek europejski, rozmieszczony od środkowych Włoch i Półwyspu Bałkańskiego przez środkową część kontynentu po Wyspy Brytyjskie, Danię, południowe obszary Fennoskandii i Karelię, notowany poza tym z Kaukazu. W Polsce występuje lokalnie na terenach nizinnych i górzystych, ale jest stosunkowo rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. Zasiedla jasne dąbrowy i doliny rzeczne. Poza terminem pojawu imagines (od połowy maja do początku września) oraz żerowania na dębach — Quercus L. bionomia nie jest znana.
