Szelegiewicz 1968:
Pewne są jedynie dane Mordvilki i Szelegiewicza; dane z piśmiennictwa z zakresu ochrony roślin są wątpliwe, gdyż inni autorzy nie wymieniają w swych pracach gatunku poprzedniego, który jest znacznie pospolitszy u nas. Natomiast dane zoocecydiologiczne są w tym przypadku raczej wiarygodne.
Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie i na Kaukazie; u nas znacznie rzadszy od poprzedniego gatunku.
Biologia i rośliny żywicielskie jak u poprzedniego gatunku. Na jesionie powoduje powstawanie nieco silniejszych zniekształceń.
