Taxon description
[KFP 198: Pterocomma steinheili] Szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje na cienkich gałązkach Salix fragilis L., Salix viminalis L., Salix dasyclados Wimm., Salix caprea L. Kolonie tej mszycy odwiedzane są przez mrówki.
[KFP 196: Pterocomma ringdahli] Gatunek borealno-alpejski, znany ze Szwecji, Alp (Szwajcaria, Austria) i Karpat Wschodnich (Polska, Ukraina).
Biologia nie znana, prawdopodobnie holocykliczny. U nas znaleziony na nie określonym bliżej gatunku wierzby — Salix L. sp. Ze Szwecji podawany z łozy i wierzby lapońskiej.
