Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986a:
Gatunek szeroko rozsiedlony w Europie prócz skrajnych obszarów północnych i południowych, wykazywany też z Algierii i Kaukazu. W Polsce występuje prawdopodobnie na całym obszarze prócz wyższych partii górskich. Występuje pod korą drzew iglastych w chodnikach korników z rodzajów cetyniec — Blastophagus Eichh., zakorek — Hylastes Er., kornik — Ips Deg. i rytownik — Pityogenes Bedel.
