Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa, zachodnia Syberia, Mongolia; zawleczony do Ameryki Północnej.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje na igłach różnych sosen: Pinus silvestris L., Pinus mugo Turra, Pinus nigra Arnold.
