Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu, poza Polską wykazany również z Finlandii, Bawarii, Austrii, Czechosłowacji, Rumunii i Bośni. W Polsce jest chrząszczem rzadko spotykanym występuje tylko w południowej części kraju. Warunki środowiskowe słabo poznane, zwykle poławiany na padlinie.
