Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Prawdopodobnie gatunek borealno-alpejski, znany ze Szwecji, Polski, Czechosłowacji i gór Mátra na Węgrzech.
Gatunek jednodomny i holocykliczny. Monofag na skrzypie leśnym — Equisetum silvaticum L., przejściowo pojawia się i na skrzypie łąkowym.
