Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1991:
Gatunek rozpowszechniony w Europie od Pirenejów, północnych Włoch, Czarnogórza i Rodopów przez całą środkową część kontynentu aż po Wyspy Brytyjskie, południowe prowincje Norwegii i Szwecji oraz Litewskiej SRR; notowany poza tym z Kaukazu. Występuje na pobrzeżach łąk bagnistych, nad rowami, na przydrożach, w zaroślach i miejscach ruderalnych. Spotykany na ostach — Carduus L. i ostrożeniach — Cirsium Mill.
