Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Pospolity gatunek europejsko-zachodniosyberyjski, zastępowany we wschodniej Syberii i Ameryce Północnej przez pokrewny Stemonyphantes blauveltae Gertsch, 1951 (Helsdingen 1968). Żyje wśród runa suchych lasów sosnowych, na ich skrajach i na łąkach.
