Taxon description
Gatunek występujący głównie w środkowej Europie i Fennoskandii, przekracza koło podbiegunowe: w Belgii, Holandii, Francji, Włoszech, Dalmacji i Siedmiogrodzie znany z nielicznych stanowisk. W Polsce stosunkowo rzadko spotykany. Występuje na terenach nizinnych i w niższych położeniach górskich, głównie w wilgotnych lasach, na torfowiskach, bagnistych terenach, pobrzeżach rzek i jezior, ale zawsze na miejscach silnie zacienionych.
