Taxon description
Gatunek o ograniczonym zasięgu do północno-wschodniej części Europy, w Fennoskandii docierający do skrajnych prowincji północnych, wykazywany ponadto z Syberii. W Polsce znany tylko z jednego stanowiska. Gatunek charakterystyczny dla wilgotnych lasów mieszanych i liściastych. Na ogół wszędzie rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany, ale lokalnie na miejscach znalezienia niekiedy występuje gromadnie. Znajdowany wśród mchów porastających pnie i pieńki.
