Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1973:
Gatunek rozsiedlony w środkowej i południowej Europie. W Polsce częściej spotykany w południowej części kraju. Zamieszkuje pobrzeża wód stojących i bieżących; znajdowany zwłaszcza w dołach po wybranej glinie koło cegielni oraz w naplywkach po wylewie rzek.
