Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek znany z Europy ‒ od Francji po Ukrainę i od Wysp Brytyjskich i Danii po Włochy, Jugosławię, Rumunię i Bułgarię. Żyje w górach i na pogórzach ‒ pod kamieniami i w rumowiskach oraz w ściółce leśnej.
