Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
[KFP 61a: Tetraneura ulmi] var. personata] Szeroko rozmieszczona w całej Europie.
Rośliny żywicielskie i biologia jak u formy typowej, od której różni się jedynie w pokoleniu migrantes. U nas notowana z wiązu polnego — Ulmus campestris L. i korzeni Avena sativa L., Eragrostis elegans L. i Lolium perenne L.
Szelegiewicz 1968:
[KFP 61: Tetraneura ulmi] Szeroko rozmieszczony w Palearktyce; zawleczony do Ameryki Północnej.
Gatunek holocykliczny i różnodomny. Migruje z różnych wiązów — Ulmus campestris L., Ulmus scabra Mill., rzadziej z Ulmus laevis Poll, na korzenie różnych gatunków traw: Agropyron repens (L.) P. B., Calamagrostis (L.) Roth, Festuca ovina L., Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P. B., Hordeum vulgare L., Poa annua L. i Triticum vulgare Vill. Na wiązach wytwarza charakterystyczne wyrośla na blaszkach liściowych. Podawany jako szkodnik wiązów i zbóż.
