Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony od Wysp Brytyjskich i północnej Francji przez całą środkową i północną Europę aż do Syberii i Azji Środkowej, w Fennoskandii docierający do skrajnych prowincji północnych. W Polsce z wyjątkiem wysokich gór, prawdopodobnie występuje w całym kraju, lecz na ogół rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. W okresie wegetacyjnym znajdowany zwykle na padlinie, w zimie pod mchem i opadłymi liśćmi.
