Taxon description
Klimaszewski 1967:
Znany z gór Europy (Alpy, Karpaty, Sudety) i Półwyspu Skandynawskiego. Rozmieszczenie ma więc wyraźnie charakter borealno-alpejski. Biologia słabo zbadana. Kwestia roślin żywicielskich nie rozstrzygnięta. Wagner (1961) podaje, że są nimi kuklik górski — Geum montanum L. i podbiałek alpejski — Homogyne alpina (L.) Cass. Zgadzałoby się to z obserwacjami Ossiannilssona i Lindberga (1960), którzy podają, że Trioza bohemica Šulc żyje na kukliku zwisłym — Geum rivale L. Natomiast Schaefer (1949a) i Vondraček (1957) twierdzą, że żyje na wierzbach — Salix L.
