Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek szeroko rozmieszczony, znany z całej Europy, Sachalinu i Ameryki Północnej. Żyje na krzewach, np. na jałowcach, żywopłotach, a także na ścianach drewnianych budynków, plotach itp.
