Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Gatunek znany z większości krajów europejskich, z Azji Środkowej, Chin, Sachalinu i Kamczatki oraz ze wschodniej części Ameryki Północnej. Żyje w górach, do wysokości około 1700 m n.p.m. (Tatry, Babia Góra); stanowiska na niżu (Taczanowski 1866, Jachno 1872, Baran 1933, Miedziński 1934) są wątpliwe i wymagają sprawdzenia. Zamieszkuje skały, pnie i gałęzie drzew, a także zabudowania.
